Dear Mr. Link,

I am writing this letter to you to admit my mistake at work yesterday and to offer my biggest apologize. Yesterday (October 31, 2020), apparently I did not read a offering letter from a client carefully and I signed the wrong agreement.

I do believe that this clumsy mistake causes a huge amount of money to slip away from the company and hence I apologize. I should have read the agreement more carefully before signing it up. This mistake should have never happened.

I was informed by one of my co-workers this morning about the mistake and I decided to write this letter to you as soon as possible. This letter is my statement that I admit my wrongdoing and I am willing to take the responsibility related to the mistake I made yesterday.

I am open for discussions and I will accept any kinds of responsibilities and consequences for my mistake. If the human resources department or the company board wish to talk to me, I can be contacted at (2100)-28918-8299.

Thank you very much,

Sincerely,

Santana Lopez
