Dear Mr. Hayden,
This letter is my resignation letter and I am writing you this letter sincerely. I have to resign from my position from senior program developer in Wayne Company by the end of this month. I assume that May 30, 2020 will be the last day at work for me.
As you know, I have been working here since 2009 and this resignation has been one of the heaviest decisions I have to make. However, I have no other options rather than to resign because I have personal reason to do that.
There is no hard feeling or anything to do with the company behind the resignation. It is 100% my personal decision and I hope that the company will fully understand my decision. I promise that I will transfer all my knowledge to my teams. I also promise you for a smooth transition from me to my successor.
If the human resources department or anyone in the company needs to speak to be about my resignation, I will be happy to speak to them in person. Thank you for understanding my decision to resign and I hope the best for the company in the future.
Regards,
Deacon Rogers
