Almost all companies make onboarding programs for employees who have just joined the company. However, today many companies are looking for experienced prospective employees. As a result, they think that there is no need to carry out onboarding because even though new employees are in the company, they have worked in other companies before.

Some Of The Things HR Wrote In The Onboarding Checklist
HR makes a complete onboarding checklist from the first day a new employee enters until the first six months the employee works. Some things in the checklist are as follows.
1. First day
Employee onboarding examples, in the first part of the onboarding checklist, is the first day. There are five steps on the first day of onboarding. The first step is a welcome coffee and office tour consisting of several activities such as meeting with new employees, introducing existing employees, and giving brochures about the company environment to facilitate office tour. 2. First week

3. First, third, and six month
