The results of the assessment will use as a reference for human resource development (HRD) choosing suitable nurses from several candidates.

If a nurse has inadequate competence, it will be detrimental to her because it is difficult for her when applying for a job. Therefore, nursing schools or universities often carry out various practices to determine student’s abilities in health care. Without direct practice and assessment using the checklist, students can graduate to become nurses with inadequate competence as nurses.
