Dear Professor Smith,
I am writing to you this letter as my appeal for my current circumstances. I am studying computer technology in the Logan University with the help of student scholarship. The Bachelor Degree’s scholarship began in July 2016. I was given four years to finish my study otherwise my scholarship will be stopped.
I am aware that July 2020 is maximum time frame for the scholarship and I have to finish my Bachelor’s Degree beforehand. However, there are several circumstances that prevent me from doing so. This letter is my explanation to the circumstances.
I am afraid that I cannot finish my Bachelor’s Degree program on time because in 2019 I had to take a whole year off college. I was sent back to my hometown in Huxville, Alabama because I had an motorbike accident and I was completely paralyzed for months.
With this letter, I am asking for the scholarship not to be stopped by July 2020. I will try my best to finish the degree by the end of 2020. Thank you for understanding.
The letter will basically save you from getting the scholarship stopped. This is the reason why you should understand the financial aid appeal letter due to maximum time frame. It will help you explaining what happens behind the curtain.
